Processes and applies customer payments, maintains accounts receivable records, prepares invoices and aging reports, follows up on overdue balances, researches discrepancies, reconciles accounts, communicates with customers and internal teams, and supports month-end closing. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an in-office corporate environment.

Leads safe, compliant, efficient, and profitable operations across multiple regional locations. Supervises Area Managers, operations personnel, and drivers; manages staffing, performance, budgets, P&L, assets, fleet, vendors, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role oversees safety programs, equipment maintenance, operational reporting, financial planning, and service growth while maintaining standards across office, processing, outdoor, and transportation environments.
