Leads safe, compliant, efficient, and profitable operations across multiple regional locations. Supervises Area Managers, operations personnel, and drivers; manages staffing, performance, budgets, P&L, assets, fleet, vendors, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role oversees safety programs, equipment maintenance, operational reporting, financial planning, and service growth while maintaining standards across office, processing, outdoor, and transportation environments.

Manage the full sales cycle for organic bulk products across North Carolina: generate leads, close deals, grow accounts, prepare proposals, coordinate logistics, represent the company at events, and use CRM to track activity. Role requires regular travel (2-3 days/week), relationship-building with decision-makers, and collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.

Processes, verifies, codes, and reconciles high-volume vendor invoices and payments. Maintains accurate general-ledger coding, vendor records, and accounts-payable files; matches invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation; resolves discrepancies; communicates with vendors and internal teams; supports payment processing, month-end and year-end close, audits, reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvements.
