Performs linen production tasks including feeding large and small items onto ironing and folding equipment, catching and stacking finished linens, loading transport racks, and sorting soiled items. Maintains production standards, follows OSHA and company safety procedures, reports unsafe conditions, and supports other production duties. Requires reliable attendance, teamwork, physical stamina, moderate lifting, repetitive gripping and grasping, and standing for up to eight hours daily.

Pick and pack inventory accurately, maintain stock organization, load and unload delivery trucks, and support fulfillment operations. The role requires safe work practices, OSHA compliance, attention to detail, physical ability to lift 50–75 pounds, dependable attendance, and willingness to work occasional overtime. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean workplace, reporting unsafe conditions, and assisting with other operational duties.

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and local outreach; build relationships with business owners; present uniform and linen solutions; manage sales pipeline and Salesforce records; partner with senior AEs on larger deals; hit activity, meeting, and revenue targets while receiving sales training and coaching.
