Teams at Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply

Perform production-line tasks in a linen processing facility: operate feeder belts and folding/ironing machines, collect and load folded linens, sort soiled items, meet production targets, follow OSHA and company safety protocols, and assist with other production duties. Role requires physical stamina, attention to quality, punctual attendance, and teamwork.

Part-time dock associate loads and unloads delivery vehicles, helps with inventory control, maintains and organizes the dock/warehouse, disposes of waste, and follows OSHA safety standards. Works ~20 hours/week in late afternoons Monday–Friday and some Saturday mornings. Must be physically able to lift 75 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and local outreach; build relationships with business owners; present uniform and linen solutions; manage sales pipeline and Salesforce records; partner with senior AEs on larger deals; hit activity, meeting, and revenue targets while receiving sales training and coaching.
