Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and professional roles, source diverse candidates, conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) interviews, partner with department leaders, represent the company at outreach events, handle new hire paperwork, and coordinate onboarding and orientations.

Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and local outreach; qualify leads, present services, manage sales cycle to signed agreements for SMB accounts; track activity in Salesforce, meet monthly meeting and revenue targets, support senior reps and progress toward Account Executive roles.
