Leads school-based special services compliance and delivery for students with disabilities, multilingual learners, and students needing academic or behavioral supports. Manages special education staff and providers, oversees IEPs, 504 plans, MLL services, SESIS documentation, audits, legally mandated meetings, family communication, and MTSS intervention systems. Partners with school and network leadership, may provide SETSS or ICT instruction, and ensures services are implemented accurately, timely, and in compliance with IDEA, NYSED, NYC DOE, and network requirements.

Support more than 3,000 alumni by designing college persistence strategies, managing microgrant and peer-support programs, organizing reunions, and cultivating class captains. Identify alumni at risk of stopping out, provide targeted outreach, track postsecondary outcomes, maintain accurate records, analyze data, and report trends and program insights. Collaborate with counseling and college access teams to refine interventions and improve re-enrollment, persistence, and graduation outcomes.

Leads special education and Multilingual Learner programming across assigned New York schools.
