Build and lead end-to-end finance function: manage day-to-day financial operations and controls, produce timely management accounts, maintain audit-ready records, forecast and manage cash flow, lead budgeting and financial modeling, support fundraising and investor/board reporting, ensure tax and statutory compliance, and design systems to reduce fraud and inefficiency.
