Support and develop enterprise Pega applications within a centralized Center of Excellence. Document standards, maintain the CoE knowledge base, and help onboard developers and vendors.

Administer biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with laws, policies, and union agreements. Reconcile payroll, funding, bank and general ledger accounts; manage payroll systems, deductions, garnishments, leave payments, union dues, audits, and year-end W-2 activities. Provide employee and management support, resolve discrepancies, maintain payroll configurations, and contribute to process improvements.
