Provides on-site process and quality engineering support for a tolling plant in Hangzhou. Responsibilities include optimizing thermoplastics manufacturing processes, conducting experiments, improving yield and OEE, maintaining quality systems, managing supplier quality, investigating incidents and complaints, developing control and sampling plans, supporting product development, and training plant users on SAP quality tools. The role collaborates with global, local, R&D, commercial, and logistics teams and requires travel to other sites in China.

Develops and governs FP&A analytics architecture, reporting standards, data models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions. Extracts and prepares data from multiple systems, ensures data quality, and implements predictive analytics and AI-driven insights. Responsibilities include conceptual, FEED, and detailed E&I design; specification development; contractor and vendor oversight; technical bid evaluations; design and safety reviews; ATEX classification; FAT and SAT coordination; commissioning and startup support; and coordination with operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction teams. Requires Dutch and English proficiency, an HBO-level education, relevant industrial project experience, and knowledge of applicable European and local standards.

The role requires close collaboration with global account and marketing teams, strong technical-commercial expertise, Chinese and English fluency, and travel exceeding 50% of the time.

Manage Delrin’s Korean key accounts, distributors, and customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Drive application and business development across consumer electronics, consumer goods, and industrial markets. Analyze value chains, market trends, competition, and adjacent opportunities; collaborate with global account and marketing teams; and develop and implement local and global account plans. The role requires strong sales or materials engineering experience, business development expertise, and fluency in Korean and English.
