Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, materials, capacity, and shipment priorities. Maintain ERP/MES planning data, monitor schedule risks, track inventory and work order status, support new product introduction, compile manufacturing metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time production execution.

Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement by installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation and electromechanical equipment. Drive process improvement, manufacturability reviews, production setup for new products, root-cause analysis, documentation, and performance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Support manufacturing operations by maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, driving continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, DOE), designing fixtures and automation, conducting root-cause analyses, qualifying processes and equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ), analyzing production data to improve OEE and quality, and collaborating with Production, Quality, R&D, and suppliers for NPI and process optimization.
