Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement by installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation and electromechanical equipment. Drive process improvement, manufacturability reviews, production setup for new products, root-cause analysis, documentation, and performance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, materials, capacity, and shipment priorities. Maintain ERP/MES planning data, monitor schedule risks, track inventory and work order status, support new product introduction, compile manufacturing metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time production execution.

Lead technical product marketing and business development to drive revenue and market expansion for Gel-Pak. Own go-to-market strategy, product positioning, competitive intelligence, design-win initiatives, pricing and financial models, distributor/channel management, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, R&D, quality, and operations. Track NPI performance and report results to executive leadership; travel 15-30% for customer and distributor engagement.
