Build and maintain relationships with independent insurance agencies through virtual meetings, onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Monitor agency production and engagement, identify growth opportunities, coach agents, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with underwriting, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve agency performance.

Own premium accounting and insurance finance operations, including bordereaux reporting, carrier billing, remittance, cash application, and carrier/program reconciliations. Support month-end close, accruals, controls, audit requests, and discrepancy resolution. Improve reporting, billing, reconciliation, and exception-management processes while partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to scale financial operations across carriers, programs, states, and products.

Owns the strategy, development, enhancement, and profitability of commercial insurance products. Responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, product roadmap management, coverage and endorsement design, pricing recommendations, underwriting guidelines, financial objectives, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, claims, technology, sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams.
