Owns AI product initiatives in identity security, authorization, and privileged access from discovery through launch. Translates market trends and customer needs into enterprise-ready features, partners with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, and drives adoption outcomes. Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into intuitive experiences, collaborate with product and engineering teams, advocate for users, contribute to the design system, validate designs through research, and mentor junior designers.

Own the availability, performance, and reliability of production SaaS applications across multi-region Azure environments. Responsibilities include incident response, troubleshooting AKS and cloud infrastructure issues, monitoring, automation, disaster recovery, failover improvements, post-incident reviews, and reliability engineering. The role partners with engineering and customer-facing teams and participates in an on-call rotation.
