Maintains the health, performance, availability, and security of enterprise network and IT infrastructure. Configures and troubleshoots LAN, WAN, wireless, VLAN, VPN, firewall, server, virtualization, storage, and backup systems. Supports cybersecurity controls, monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, documentation, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, infrastructure projects, and technical assistance. Participates in on-call and after-hours support, including weekends and holidays.

Maintains safety and security of patrons, employees, and company property at Delaware Park. Enforces security procedures, patrols grounds, assists with money transfers, responds to guest situations, and supports positive guest relations. Requires background checks and Delaware Lottery licensing, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Monitors casino CCTV systems to identify procedural violations and unusual activity, communicates findings to supervisors, documents incidents, maintains logs, reviews recordings, reports equipment malfunctions, and may testify in court. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, accurate report writing, basic computer and math skills, flexibility for evenings and holidays, and successful completion of background and Delaware Lottery licensing requirements.

Assists with all brewery operations, including milling, brewing, fermentation, packaging, serving, sanitation, inventory control, quality assurance, product sourcing, and recordkeeping. Maintains brewing equipment and draft lines, follows safety and regulatory requirements, supports brewery tours and events, and helps ensure consistent beer quality. Requires knowledge of industrial brewing systems, physical ability to handle heavy materials, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in hot, wet, loud environments.

Prepares cash deposits, reconciles bank accounts and general ledger accounts, produces operating and cash flow reports, and records month-end journal entries. Manages job cost and fixed asset accounting, performs financial analysis, ensures federal withholding compliance, and develops financial SOPs. Provides departmental accounting support while maintaining positive team and guest relations.

Supervises mutuel operations, supports cage and sportsbook activities, assigns stations, trains and evaluates team members, and handles customer inquiries. Ensures compliance with gaming regulations, currency reporting, internal controls, safety procedures, and company policies. Coordinates with vendors, manages wagering-machine maintenance, supports patron services, and assists with staffing, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and currency settlement. Requires flexible availability, strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to complete required licensing and background checks.

Supports casino marketing through social media content creation, platform strategy, website updates, promotions, special events, guest inquiries, communications, and administrative reporting. Coordinates with multiple departments, assists with photo and video shoots, maintains confidentiality, and supports marketing leadership. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and completion of Delaware State Lottery background and licensing requirements.

Supports IT service requests, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user device setup, account administration, software installation, ticket documentation, and technology asset inventory. Assists IT staff with systems, networking, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure projects while developing practical experience in a 24/7 business environment. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, schedule flexibility, physical mobility, and completion of Delaware Lottery background and licensing requirements.
