Prepares and serves meals, snacks, special feedings, and nourishments in a skilled nursing facility. Sets up trays and dining areas, verifies meal accuracy, stores and rotates food, clears tables, handles soiled service ware and linens, and maintains sanitary work areas. Advises executive leadership, manages security teams and budgets, develops security culture, oversees vulnerability and threat management, and ensures compliance with HIPAA, SOC, and applicable privacy regulations across a complex, multi-site organization.
