Provides dining and customer service support in a luxury continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include serving residents, maintaining positive customer relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role requires reliable transportation and completion of background, drug, physical, and vaccination checks.

Maintains a safe environment for residents, visitors, staff, and property through patrols, emergency response, fire alarm response, incident documentation, and resident support. Provides security and EMT services while maintaining a calm, professional presence and following safety protocols. Works varied PRN shifts across the senior living community.
