Oversee month-end/year-end close, project accounting, debt and asset schedules, U.S. GAAP/IFRS compliance, audits, covenant compliance, budgeting, forecasting, controls testing, process improvements, and coach accounting/finance teams while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting project finance and operations.

Perform SOX 404 compliance activities: plan and execute walkthroughs, risk assessments, control documentation, testing, deficiency identification, remediation tracking, and audit coordination to support SOX/IPO readiness and strengthen ICFR.

Full-charge bookkeeper responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping: AP/AR, payroll, bank and merchant reconciliations, inventory and COGS, sales tax, monthly financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and liaison with external CPA, ensuring GAAP compliance and process improvements.

Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance for U.S. projects: review certified payroll, verify wage/fringe calculations, maintain records, support audits, collaborate with project and accounting teams, and resolve payroll discrepancies while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations.

Remote Controller responsible for full-cycle accounting and FP&A for a real estate portfolio: oversee AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, cash management, construction and margin accounting, monthly financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, tax compliance, and system improvements. Optimize QuickBooks Online, support CRM and future ERP migration to Sage Intacct, and provide timely financial analysis to support operational and investment decisions.
