Lead audit and accounting tasks for multi-entity renewable energy operations including audit procedures, month-end close, GL entries, technical accounting memos, GAAP/IFRS financial reporting, covenant and financing oversight, control testing, and vendor/treasury compliance.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including PO review and conversion, ACH and vendor payment processing in Intacct, invoice posting, credit card and Brex expense reconciliation, W-9 verification, AP journal entries, and support 1099 preparation while maintaining strong controls and timely payments.

Full-charge bookkeeper responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping: AP/AR, payroll, bank and merchant reconciliations, inventory and COGS, sales tax, monthly financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and liaison with external CPA, ensuring GAAP compliance and process improvements.

Remote Controller responsible for full-cycle accounting and FP&A for a real estate portfolio: oversee AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, cash management, construction and margin accounting, monthly financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, tax compliance, and system improvements. Optimize QuickBooks Online, support CRM and future ERP migration to Sage Intacct, and provide timely financial analysis to support operational and investment decisions.

Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. operations: month-end/year-end close, AR/AP oversight, general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting and audit support, maintain accounting systems, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements.
