Full-charge bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, payroll, bank/merchant reconciliations), maintain GAAP-compliant monthly financials, tax and sales tax filings, inventory/COGS, cash flow reporting, and collaborate with external CPAs. Role requires Intacct and QuickBooks Online expertise and work during U.S. Pacific Time.
