The Director of Marketing owns Del Mar Vacations’ marketing function across homeowner and guest audiences. Responsibilities include demand generation, paid advertising, SEO, email, social media, brand management, PR, community visibility, team leadership, budgeting, analytics, and marketing technology. The role manages HubSpot, AI, and automation initiatives; tracks KPIs and ROI; develops marketing strategies; and partners with revenue leaders to generate homeowner leads, guest bookings, occupancy, and revenue growth.

Owns the end-to-end monthly close, financial reporting, controls, cash visibility, working capital, tax coordination, and accounting workflows. The Controller partners with executive leadership on forecasting and decision support, leads a two-person accounting team and outsourced finance resources, and improves systems, automation, SOPs, and operational finance processes using QuickBooks Online and related platforms.

Manage inbound and outbound reservations, convert inquiries into bookings, process modifications and payments, and drive repeat reservations. Monitor reservation channels and AI tools, respond across phone, email, and text, identify vacancy-filling opportunities, conduct outreach campaigns, and build guest loyalty. Collaborate with Marketing and Guest Experience while maintaining accurate, high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Product Manager will identify process problems, coordinate engineers and vendors, monitor system changes, and drive measurable operational outcomes.

Manages homeowner relationships across onboarding, property operations, service delivery, retention, and offboarding. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates projects and home visits, resolves issues, reviews invoices, supports service-package adoption, and tracks satisfaction and revenue metrics. Guides homeowners through portal onboarding, communicates agreements and damage reports, manages closing processes, and maintains a high-quality vacation rental ownership experience.
