Develop sales across Poland and Austria by acquiring B2B transport and logistics clients, selling or leasing trucks and trailers, negotiating contracts, preparing equipment specifications and financing offers, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring payments, and reporting KPIs. The role requires frequent travel between Austria and Poland, active sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, English proficiency, and preferably German and transport-equipment or leasing knowledge.

Provide technical support via phone, video, and email; log and update issues in CRM; respond to customer inquiries to meet performance metrics; troubleshoot Microsoft cloud, server, and SQL-related issues; maintain professional communication.
