Designs scalable backend services, distributed systems, event-driven data pipelines, and production machine learning models. Responsibilities span feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, real-time decision engines, microservices, cloud platforms, and AI/LLM workflow orchestration. The role requires collaboration across engineering, data, and product teams and is performed on-site in Manchester, New Hampshire, with no relocation available.

Develop embedded machine learning and robotics solutions, including control, computer vision, sensor fusion, detection, and regression algorithms. Responsibilities include writing production Python and C++ code, implementing ROS-based robotic systems, building ML training and deployment pipelines, creating efficient inter-process communication libraries, and optimizing ML software for embedded and hardware-accelerated devices.

Develop and standardize software quality documentation and processes for cloud-native, FDA-regulated products. Own software lifecycle documents, change control, traceability matrices, risk files, verification and validation records, and release documentation plans. Coordinate readiness reviews, approval gates, and cross-functional resolution of documentation blockers. Apply automation-first DevSecOps practices, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA cybersecurity expectations, NIST frameworks, and automated testing across engineering teams.
