Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements for telecommunication projects, act as liaison between business and development, define risks and dependencies, execute system test cases using SQL and API testing tools, and ensure solution quality and SDLC alignment.

Lead client engagements to define technology strategy, assess maturity, rationalize application portfolios, develop roadmaps and business cases, design to-be architectures, and guide delivery teams. Produce client-ready deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel and help create new offerings and assets.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain RPA/automation solutions; produce technical design documentation; resolve post‑go‑live issues; support clients in digital transformation and research new automation solutions.
