Supports daily accounting operations through accounts payable transactions, journal entries, vendor data entry, filing, bank deposits, report generation, and confidential financial record handling. The role also manages mail, office supplies, equipment, and occasional errands while maintaining accurate and efficient records. Requires bookkeeping or accounting experience, Excel proficiency, familiarity with accounting software, strong organization and communication skills, and a valid New Mexico driver’s license.

Manages club cleanliness, equipment and facility maintenance, HVAC and aquatic-area upkeep, supplies and vendor relationships. Recruits, trains, schedules and motivates the Detail and Play teams while maintaining high operational and appearance standards. The role also requires equipment inspections, service coordination, ordering materials, and occasional weekend and evening work.
