Leads and develops a detail-oriented team responsible for accurate, high-quality deliverables. Establishes procedures, monitors performance, provides coaching, resolves operational issues, coordinates workflows with other departments, and reports results and improvement initiatives to senior management. The role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and attention to detail, with a focus on process improvement and team productivity.

Supports daily accounting operations through accounts payable processing, journal entries, vendor transaction data entry, filing, report generation, bank deposits, and confidential financial information handling. Maintains office supplies and equipment, distributes mail, and completes accounting-related errands. The role requires accurate data entry, strong Excel and accounting software skills, organization, initiative, communication, and at least two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Create and manage digital content, social media, email, SMS, advertising, website, and app campaigns for Defined Fitness. Coordinate digital marketing calendars, events, brand reputation, SEO, and creative collateral while tracking campaign KPIs and optimizing performance. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain brand consistency, engage members, and strengthen the organization’s digital presence.
