Provides administrative support to Human Resources, including candidate screening, onboarding, employment record maintenance, background and drug testing coordination, scheduling orientations and training, inventory management, communications, filing, mail distribution, and front-office assistance. Handles confidential information and resolves administrative issues while supporting efficient HR operations.

Supports daily accounting operations through accounts payable processing, journal entries, vendor transaction data entry, report generation, filing, bank deposits, and confidential financial record handling. The role also manages office mail, equipment, and supplies while maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support to the accounting department.
