The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a B2B client portfolio, handling sales cycles, and conducting market analysis.

Administer and maintain enterprise backup, recovery, and cyber resilience solutions (Veritas NetBackup, Dell Data Domain, CRS, PPDM, NetWorker). Ensure reliable backups, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity. Support VMware/Hyper-V virtual environments and Windows/Linux servers while managing RPO/RTO objectives and protecting systems from cyber threats.

Administer, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Dell enterprise storage (PowerScale, PowerStore, PowerMax), Data Domain/CRS backup and tape systems, and Dell server infrastructure (PowerEdge, MX7000). Perform firmware/OneFS upgrades, provisioning, replication, SAN and VMware integration, performance tuning, capacity planning, cyber recovery testing, and collaborate with virtualization, backup, and networking teams to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

On-site resident engineer to administer, monitor, and support Dell EMC storage (PowerMax, PowerScale, PowerFlex, ECS, Data Domain/CRS), manage SAN/Ethernet fabric, support VMware environments, monitor backups/replication, perform capacity planning, and lead DR activities and incident escalations.

Provide L3 administration, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and messaging in hybrid environments. Manage Exchange, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra services, virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), email security, endpoint management, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, backups, and automation with PowerShell. Collaborate with Cyber Security and cross-functional teams, perform DR drills, monitor performance, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Lead vulnerability management for IT infrastructure: run scans, assess findings, prioritize remediations, enforce VM policies, perform risk assessments, review security configurations across multiple platforms, coordinate remediation with IT/security teams, and present reports to stakeholders.

Plan and execute B2B demand-generation campaigns across MENA to produce qualified leads for IT services. Manage multi-channel programs (LinkedIn, email, ABM, webinars, SEO, paid ads), optimize funnels and landing pages, analyze performance, and align with Sales to convert MQLs into SQLs and booked meetings.
