Own customer relationships from trial and onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewal, and account development. Educate maritime customers on AI-driven vessel performance and voyage automation products, coordinate technical implementation projects, manage timelines and stakeholders, gather product feedback, monitor adoption risks, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires strong customer relationship management, technical understanding, and project coordination across engineering, product, support, and installation teams.
