Build agency relationships, close new and upsell deals, design JBPs, deliver demos/RFP responses, collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and product feedback, and stay current on industry trends.

Ensure reliability and performance of the platform and data ecosystem by troubleshooting production issues, monitoring data pipelines, standardizing operational tools, automating operations, participating in incident management and RCA, and collaborating with engineering, analytics, product, and customer-facing teams.

Own post-sale client relationships for programmatic healthcare advertising accounts: manage campaign launches, optimizations, reporting, forecasting, RFP/media plan support, coordinate with Sales, Analytics, and Operations to drive renewals and account growth.
