Leads strategic agency and pharmaceutical brand partnerships, owning enterprise sales cycles, joint business plans, negotiations, platform demonstrations, and large-scale upsell opportunities. Manages senior relationships across agencies and brands, drives an eight-figure quota, and collaborates with Client Success, Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Marketing. Requires deep programmatic advertising, CTV, healthcare advertising, adtech sales, and pharmaceutical client experience.

Manages and grows client accounts across managed-service and self-service advertising models. Responsibilities include client communication, campaign performance, pacing and optimization, reporting, QBRs, strategic recommendations, retention, renewals, upselling, and client enablement. The role partners with Sales, Analytics, Platform Operations, and Integrations while applying programmatic advertising expertise to improve campaign outcomes and account growth.

Deploys and maintains Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, AWS services, databases, and distributed data systems. Automates administration with Bash or Python, manages Linux environments using Ansible and Terraform, troubleshoots networking and load balancing, and partners with developers to improve application reliability and performance.
