Lead the finance and accounting function for a plastics manufacturer, overseeing accounting operations, US GAAP compliance, audits, cost accounting, internal controls, budgeting, financial planning, ERP optimization, reporting, cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships. The Controller will manage and develop a five-person accounting and IT team while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Serve as the technical authority for powder coating operations across multiple lines. Optimize processes using Lean and Six Sigma, diagnose coating defects, manage automated Nordson equipment, support Teflon finishing, improve quality and throughput, partner with Quality, and train and mentor production teams while monitoring KPIs.
