Leads Beaumont’s integrated sales and marketing strategy across engineering, manufacturing, training, consulting, and education businesses. Owns revenue growth, sales team leadership, customer retention, channel partner development, marketing campaigns, trade shows, brand positioning, CRM governance, KPI reporting, forecasting, and compensation design. The role requires building scalable commercial processes, developing teams, and aligning sales and marketing with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and the AIM Institute.

Leads national retail sales strategy and account management for major retailers, including Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and Lowe’s. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, expanding channels, coordinating product launches and promotions, analyzing markets, improving sales processes and forecasting, managing revenue and margin targets, and reporting to senior leadership. The role requires strong national retail relationships, experience across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels, and expertise in lawn and garden or seasonal consumer products.

Lead the finance and accounting function for a plastics manufacturer, overseeing accounting operations, US GAAP compliance, audits, cost accounting, internal controls, budgeting, financial planning, ERP optimization, reporting, cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships. The Controller will manage and develop a five-person accounting and IT team while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
