Serve as the technical authority for powder coating operations across multiple lines. Optimize processes using Lean and Six Sigma, diagnose coating defects, manage automated Nordson equipment, support Teflon finishing, improve quality and throughput, partner with Quality, and train and mentor production teams while monitoring KPIs.

Manage firm-wide scheduling, staffing, and resource planning for tax, audit, CAS and advisory teams. Assign staff by skill and availability, monitor utilization, track engagement progress, identify risks, and lead scheduling meetings. Forecast staffing needs, assess hiring, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, deliverables, and professional development.
