Lead AI and data-science research for toxicologic and translational pathology. Responsibilities include curating large pathology datasets, designing foundation-model and deep-learning experiments, building benchmarks, validating models, developing reproducible pipelines, and supporting biomarker discovery and tissue-based analyses. The role collaborates with pathologists, AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to produce rigorous evidence, publications, and product-ready capabilities.

Curate, characterise, and validate preclinical and translational pathology datasets and AI model outputs. The role involves statistical analysis, quality control, confounder and batch-effect detection, reproducible pipelines, benchmarking, interoperability, metadata standards, and evidence packages for computational pathology applications. The scientist will collaborate with pathologists, AI, software, product, and external consortium teams while supporting BIGPICTURE and VICT3R project delivery under traceability, GDPR, and GLP-aligned practices.

Maintain and optimize servers, networks, endpoints, communication systems, and security software. Provide desk-side and remote support, manage ServiceDesk tickets, onboard and offboard employees, configure devices, and administer Office 365 or Google Workspace. Maintain hardware logistics and asset records, support network upgrades and laboratory infrastructure projects, enforce IT governance and ISO 27001-aligned policies, manage incidents, and improve service processes while collaborating with international IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include audits, CAPAs, deviations, incident investigations, validation, inspection readiness, regulatory submissions, post-market surveillance, regulatory gap assessments, privacy compliance, training, and quality metrics. The role requires expertise in US laboratory regulations, FDA requirements, clinical services, medical devices, and quality management systems, with approximately 10% international travel.

Own electronic document control, training administration, eQMS workflows, controlled document reviews, physical records, supplier certification, KPI reporting, and audit support. Administer Greenlight Guru, train colleagues, manage onboarding and offboarding training, and provide backup support for CAPA, deviations, and change management across international sites.
