Operate the day-to-day risk and compliance activities for the Group: manage insurance programme operations, vendor due diligence and monitoring, ESG data collection, incident and compliance coordination, and maintain the compliance calendar and reporting. Act as the operational coordinator across functions to ensure timely completion of renewals, certificates, claims, assessments, and regulatory/audit documentation.

The VP of Commercial Operations will lead Diagnexia's US commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and transition the business to a technology-enabled digital pathology platform.

The role involves building a new territory for selling pathology services, targeting labs and independent groups while developing relationships and managing a sales pipeline.
