Provide mechanical QA/QC support for a large-scale data center project in Riyadh, conducting inspections, reviewing drawings and quality documentation, managing NCRs, coordinating with contractors and commissioning teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and project quality requirements.

Act as owners representative for hyperscale data center design: manage end-to-end design to IFC, coordinate CSA/MEP/ICT/Security, run BIM clash detection, support procurement, lead design reviews, ensure code and mission-critical compliance, manage RFIs/submittals, lead VE and support commissioning.

Lead regional cost control for infrastructure, construction, and data center projects. Oversee cost forecasting, variance and change management, reporting (EVA), contractor invoice review, proposal/estimate validation, and mentor junior cost control staff while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.

Lead planning and scheduling for mega construction projects in KSA. Develop WBS, CPM baselines and IMS, resource and cost-loaded schedules, EVM systems, delay and what-if analyses, and client-facing reporting. Manage and mentor planning team, coordinate with contractors/consultants, identify risks and mitigation, and present findings to stakeholders.

Lead risk management for a large-scale data center project in Riyadh. Implement and maintain risk frameworks, run qualitative and quantitative analyses, manage risk registers and mitigation actions, facilitate workshops, produce executive risk reports, coordinate with project controls teams, and ensure risks are reflected in cost/schedule reporting while promoting a proactive risk culture.
