Owner's-rep Contracts Administrator to manage design consultant agreements for large data center construction projects. Track deliverables, fee amendments, scope changes, notices, key dates, and maintain campus-wide contract registers, correspondence logs, and audit-ready agreement files. Independently manage 15–25 active agreements, ensure notice compliance, escalate risks, and maintain OFCI Responsibility Matrix.

Manage procurement oversight for HV electrical long‑lead equipment for hyperscale data center projects. Track factory production milestones and delivery commitments, review supplier reports, identify and escalate delivery risks, support bid evaluations and procurement decisions, coordinate FAT and site delivery sequencing, maintain procurement trackers and reports, and resolve procurement issues affecting construction, commissioning, or turnover.

Develop, configure, test, and maintain autonomous AI agents and multi-step workflows. Integrate agents with databases and third-party platforms, build RAG pipelines and vector stores, write automated tests, debug agent failures, and support continuous iteration and secure system integrations.

Manage procurement oversight for mechanical long-lead equipment (chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling). Track design freeze dates, vendor manufacturing schedules, submittals, shop drawings, and approvals. Identify and escalate risks, support bid evaluations and procurement decisions, coordinate stakeholders, maintain procurement logs and delivery trackers, support FAT planning, and resolve issues impacting construction, commissioning, or turnover.

Coordinate procurement for hyperscale AI/data center hardware, tracking GPU clusters, servers, networking, cooling and power equipment; align deliveries with construction readiness; manage vendors, OEMs/ODMs, procurement trackers, risk registers, and reporting; escalate risks and maintain accurate procurement records.

Manage procurement expediting and vendor engagement for hyperscale data center construction: monitor production schedules, expedite at-risk deliveries, perform vendor/factory verifications, develop recovery plans, track POs and milestones, escalate risks to leadership, and support reporting and stakeholder communications.

Owner-side contract administration for data center construction projects including change order and pay application review, contract compliance monitoring, commercial risk identification, coordination with project teams (cost, schedule, procurement, legal), contractor audits, dispute resolution, negotiation support, recordkeeping, and project closeout assistance.

Manage heavy and oversize equipment logistics, site delivery sequencing, and formal handover/acceptance for large construction projects. Coordinate import logistics, freight forwarding, port handling, customs, oversize permitting, delivery sequencing with GC teams, conduct visual inspections, document custody transfers, and resolve delivery issues impacting construction schedules.

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across US and MENA offices, optimize tools and workflows, ensure regulatory and state-specific compliance, manage budgets and vendors, drive process improvements, support international expansion, and mentor operations staff to deliver operational excellence.

Provide hands-on controls engineering and SME support for mission-critical data center projects: review control system design and commissioning, validate operability and resilience, develop SOPs/EOPs/MOPs, support commissioning and operational readiness, troubleshoot controls and optimize automation, and advise clients and multidisciplinary teams on controls integration and risk mitigation.

Lead cost management for OFCI and long-lead equipment on large capital/hyperscale data center projects. Maintain budgets, commitments, accruals, forecasts, EAC, cash flow, and contingency; reconcile procurement and ERP records; review vendor commercial documentation; prepare cost reports; support procurement and contracts during bids and negotiations; evaluate cost impacts from design, logistics, and schedule changes; mentor junior cost staff and escalate commercial risks.
