Maintains contract records, obligations, notices, variations, claims, milestones, payment documentation, warranties, and deadlines. Coordinates with project, commercial, procurement, design, construction, planning, commissioning, and document control teams. Prepares contractual correspondence, reports, meeting records, and trackers while supporting claims, change orders, final accounts, close-out, and compliance monitoring.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through full-cycle recruiting processes. Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with managers, maintain applicant records in an ATS, develop sourcing and employer-branding strategies, build talent pipelines, document processes, mentor staff, and support offer negotiation and candidate relationship management.

Supports the Design Manager in coordinating multidisciplinary design activities for data center projects. Own end-to-end recruitment for professional and niche roles across GCC, MENA, and international markets. Leads PMC delivery for a hyperscale data center project, serving as the primary accountability point to the Owner. Oversees governance, stakeholder coordination, cost, schedule, quality, safety, commissioning, risk, commercial matters, contractor performance, executive reporting, stage-gate readiness, handover, and closeout. Directs multidisciplinary PMC teams and coordinates owners, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and utilities providers to achieve successful project completion.

Leads health, safety, and environmental management for major mission-critical projects in Saudi Arabia. Oversees HSE systems, regulatory and client compliance, inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, contractor plans, permit-to-work controls, emergency preparedness, KPI reporting, and corrective actions. Advises project leadership, coaches multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with contractors and consultants, and drives continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.

Supports health, safety, and environmental compliance across data center construction sites in Riyadh. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and audits, identifying hazards, supporting toolbox talks and safety training, assisting with incident investigations, maintaining OSHA and HSE documentation, tracking certifications and permits, documenting safety meetings, monitoring corrective actions, and contributing to environmental metrics and reports. The role collaborates with HSE managers, project managers, construction teams, and clients.
