Leads procurement and contract lifecycle activities for major EPC, data center, mission-critical, and infrastructure programs. Responsibilities include procurement strategy, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract administration, variations, claims, payments, risk management, long-lead equipment coordination, and close-out. The role also manages procurement and contracts teams, prepares executive reporting, advises project stakeholders, and protects the Client’s commercial and contractual position.

Manage automation, BMS, and energy controls scopes for hyperscale data center projects from design through commissioning and handover. Act as the owner’s representative, coordinate designers, contractors, integrators, and commissioning teams, and oversee schedules, budgets, risks, submittals, technical reviews, procurement, quality, and stakeholder reporting. Support integrated systems testing and operational readiness while ensuring compliance with owner standards and applicable codes.

The role also leads the procurement and contracts team, prepares executive reports, supports commercial risk mitigation, and serves as the Owner’s representative within PMC project teams.
