Responsibilities include frontend/backend development, API and database design, CMS integration, authentication/authorization (including Microsoft Entra ID/SSO), deployment, CI/CD, documentation, training, testing, and post-launch support and handover.

Maintain the program procurement register as the single source of truth. Track purchase orders, lead times, milestones, and deliveries. Produce weekly dashboards, status reports, risk registers, and maintain documentation while validating data and supporting senior stakeholders and continuous improvement.

Owner's-rep Contracts Administrator to manage design consultant agreements for large data center construction projects. Track deliverables, fee amendments, scope changes, notices, key dates, and maintain campus-wide contract registers, correspondence logs, and audit-ready agreement files. Independently manage 15–25 active agreements, ensure notice compliance, escalate risks, and maintain OFCI Responsibility Matrix.
