Supports procurement and tendering for large-scale data center, mission-critical, and infrastructure programs. Responsibilities include preparing RFQs and tender packages, evaluating bids, coordinating vendor selection and negotiations, tracking long-lead equipment, expediting deliveries, coordinating FAT and logistics, monitoring vendor performance, managing procurement documentation, and reporting risks and progress to project stakeholders.

Performs detailed cost control and reporting for large-scale construction and mission-critical projects. Reviews contractor invoices, pay applications, schedules of values, change orders, commitments, accruals, and forecasts. Maintains cost, change, contingency, and exposure logs; validates estimates at completion and cash flow forecasts; analyzes variances and commercial risks; and communicates cost insights to project teams, clients, and leadership. Supports closeout, claims, reporting improvements, and mentoring of junior project controls personnel.

Supports contract administration for large-scale data center, mission-critical, and infrastructure projects in KSA. Maintains contract records, obligations, notices, variations, claims, milestones, payment documentation, warranties, and deadlines. Coordinates with project, commercial, procurement, design, construction, planning, commissioning, and document control teams. Prepares contractual correspondence, reports, meeting records, and trackers while supporting claims, change orders, final accounts, close-out, and compliance monitoring.
