Manage regulatory compliance, product compliance, commercial contracts, data privacy governance, corporate secretarial duties, legal operations, contract repositories, and internal legal training. Support APAC legal director and adapt global policies to local context.

Lead country-wide e-commerce fulfillment and operations strategy for Singapore: plan demand and capacity, optimize infrastructure and tech alignment, enforce quality and SOPs, manage KPIs and costs, mentor ship-from-store and warehouse teams, govern 3PL/last-mile partners, run procurement/tenders, and drive continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery.

Support L&D by updating training records, validating past learning, creating communications, and monitoring participation. Assist employee engagement by coordinating activities, events, and feedback. Help roll out wellbeing campaigns, communicate resources, research benefits, and work with HR and business leaders to improve teammate experience.
