Leads and scales Decagon’s pre-sales Solutions Engineering function by hiring and developing the team, establishing technical validation and proof-of-concept processes, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and guiding enterprise customers through solution design, demonstrations, integrations, and ROI validation. Serves as an executive-level technical representative while shaping go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and scalable team processes for enterprise AI adoption.

Lead and grow a research engineering team developing conversational AI agents. Own the technical roadmap across model post-training, evaluation, safety, speech, and agent behavior; convert research ideas into measurable production programs; review architecture and experiments; ensure rigorous, reproducible engineering; and partner with infrastructure, platform, product, and customer teams to deploy reliable AI systems.

Own and scale Decagon’s paid social programs internationally, initially across EMEA. Manage LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, and emerging channels; allocate six-figure monthly budgets; optimize campaigns; connect spend to pipeline and revenue; and develop attribution, testing, and repeatable playbooks. Partner with regional sales and demand generation teams on ABM, landing pages, and email while adapting programs to local markets, currencies, buying behavior, and GDPR requirements.

Build and maintain production internal tools, web applications, integrations, AI agents, MCP servers, and automation systems across Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, Recruiting, and Sales. Own projects end to end, automate billing and revenue processes, integrate internal systems with ERP and Salesforce, enable business users to create automations, and measure business impact.

Own and scale Decagon’s business systems ecosystem, including ERP, finance, HR, spend, and travel platforms. Manage architecture, configuration, integrations, access governance, data integrity, optimization, and administration. Design financial and operational workflows, automate manual processes using AI, lead system rollouts and upgrades, conduct user acceptance testing, train teams, and translate cross-functional business requirements into scalable solutions. Partner with Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, and Engineering while independently delivering complex initiatives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Own Decagon’s website as a product, including strategy, prioritization, roadmap, technical foundations, and international expansion. Build AI-powered growth tools, interactive demos, personalized experiences, marketing automation, and sales-intent agents. Establish conversion-rate testing infrastructure, partner cross-functionally with growth, engineering, and sales teams, and eventually hire and mentor specialists in website operations, SEO, and AEO.

Lead end-to-end product design for enterprise conversational AI experiences, including AI agent authoring, control, trust, chat, and voice interfaces. Frame ambiguous problems, conduct customer discovery, create polished concepts and prototypes, partner closely with product and engineering, and guide initiatives through launch and adoption. Contribute to design systems, team culture, hiring, and design practices while using Figma and AI coding tools to rapidly prototype on the codebase.

Develop and close strategic enterprise accounts, build trusted C-suite relationships, identify expansion opportunities, execute account plans, forecast revenue, and collaborate with founders, engineering, and deployment teams on tailored solutions. The role requires consultative selling, strong business acumen, stakeholder management, product expertise, and moderate travel in an in-office environment.

Designs, builds, and operates high-throughput streaming and batch data infrastructure for AI products. Responsibilities include developing Kafka, Flink, and Airflow pipelines; managing analytical data layers; optimizing query and pipeline performance; implementing Terraform and GitOps practices; improving observability, reliability, and cost efficiency; partnering with product and research teams; and participating in on-call operations and automation initiatives.

The Solutions Engineer will engage with enterprise customers, architecting AI solutions, creating demonstrations, and providing technical advice to enhance customer experiences and return on investment.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor to enterprise customers, architecting generative AI solutions, building custom demos on the Decagon platform, integrating with customer ecosystems and GTM workflows, and communicating technical value to stakeholders including C-level and engineering teams.

Lead strategy to win and expand large enterprise accounts for a conversational AI platform. Build C-suite relationships, develop account plans, collaborate with product and engineering to deliver tailored solutions, forecast pipeline and revenue, and provide product feedback. Moderate travel expected.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor: partner with Account Executives to architect and demo generative conversational AI solutions on the Decagon platform, integrate into enterprise ecosystems, communicate technical value to stakeholders, and drive ROI-focused adoption.

Lead enterprise sales efforts to win and expand strategic accounts for a conversational AI platform by developing account strategies, building C-suite relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, forecasting pipeline, and influencing product roadmap. Moderate travel expected.

Own and scale paid social programs across EMEA (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok), align spend to regional sales pipeline, build attribution connecting spend to revenue, run structured tests, and support adjacent EMEA demand-gen (ABM, landing pages, email).
