Provide high-impact administrative support to multiple executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and events, act as central communication point, prepare meeting materials and notes, track follow-ups and team budgets, assist with personal logistics, and help run onboarding and culture activities in a fast-paced startup.

Act as strategic HRBP for Sales and Customer orgs: advise leaders on org design, workforce and comp planning, performance management, and employee relations; build HRBP playbooks and operating model; coach managers, use people data to flag risks, lead change initiatives, and scale HRBP capabilities globally.

Design, implement, and productionize conversational AI models and pipelines to improve instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion. Lead multi-quarter research and engineering initiatives, integrate models with platform and product teams, and translate ambiguous research ideas into measurable production milestones.
