The Solutions Engineer will engage with enterprise customers, architecting AI solutions, creating demonstrations, and providing technical advice to enhance customer experiences and return on investment.

Own and scale paid social programs across EMEA (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok), align spend to regional sales pipeline, build attribution connecting spend to revenue, run structured tests, and support adjacent EMEA demand-gen (ABM, landing pages, email).

Lead and grow an engineering team building and deploying AI agents; partner with enterprise customers and product teams; drive agent lifecycle from implementation through iteration; mentor engineers and define technical strategy for scalable, high-quality conversational AI systems.
