Build and scale GTM enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing development, role-specific training, certifications, and field-readiness initiatives. Partner closely with sellers, sales leaders, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate business strategy into practical tools, content, and execution. Improve seller productivity and performance while adapting programs to support rapid growth and leveraging AI-enabled approaches.

Own strategy, operating cadence, and infrastructure for customer deployment and post-sales execution. Build scalable processes, reporting, forecasting, resourcing, playbooks, and escalation systems. Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve deal readiness, launch predictability, delivery quality, and customer outcomes. Lead and develop a Strategy & Operations team while driving company-critical initiatives in a fast-moving, in-office environment.

Own Decagon’s website roadmap and day-to-day execution, including page launches, site changes, workflows, and international localization. Lead SEO and AEO strategy across traditional and AI-driven search, execute programmatic content initiatives, analyze performance using marketing tools, and manage contractors and internal stakeholders. The role also supports scalable website operations, privacy updates, and pipeline-focused measurement.
