Develop and maintain illustrations for various A-dec communications, manage complex projects, and support design and multimedia initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams and lead peer training.

Serve as primary contact for international dealers: process orders, prepare quotes, assist with tenders and letters of credit, troubleshoot inquiries, liaise across departments, track field defects, support dealer visits and limited international exhibition travel.
