Designs scalable leadership and employee development curricula across instructor-led, virtual, blended, digital, and self-directed formats. Creates learning assets, facilitates selected programs, partners with leaders and subject matter experts, manages instructional design projects, and evaluates learning effectiveness. The role focuses on adult learning, leadership development, professional growth, curriculum architecture, and continuous improvement.

Manage sales across DSO multi-site community health centers and specialty dental markets in the United States and Canada. Develop dealer partnerships, train dealer and A-dec territory managers, implement sales strategies, support product mix and sales objectives, ensure clinic order policy compliance, analyze competition, and represent A-dec at industry events. The role requires approximately 50% travel and strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and strategic business skills.

Build and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines, integrations, data warehouses, ETL processes, and reconciliation systems. Develop complex SQL queries, APIs, analytic reports, and data tools while supporting production pipelines and troubleshooting data integrity issues. Partner with architects, analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to improve data reliability, quality, scalability, and accessibility across cloud and on-premises environments.
