Leads the organization’s quality management and regulatory compliance programs, including QMS development, complaint handling, CAPA, KPI reporting, document control, internal audits, inspection readiness, and cross-functional process improvement. Supports regulatory submissions and market clearance for new products while serving as a quality and regulatory liaison to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Provides technical consultation and customer support for dental laboratory products, including crown and bridge, digital, removable, and orthodontic cases. Reviews prescriptions, resolves case issues, recommends materials and alternatives, documents customer interactions in CRM systems, manages aging cases, and supports Account Management and Inside Sales. Maintains response-time, call-volume, turnaround-time, customer satisfaction, and fulfillment standards while following safety protocols.

Supports finance leadership through revenue reporting, forecasting, budgeting, pricing management, rebate and promotion oversight, sales and margin analysis, dashboard reporting, and financial statement analysis. The role partners cross-functionally, maintains pricing data, models price changes, manages revenue programs, and provides actionable insights for growth, risks, and opportunities.

Lead end-to-end deployment and adoption of intraoral scanners across customers. Manage onboarding, inventory, vendor coordination, KPI dashboards, utilization tracking, corrective actions, cross-functional escalations, training, SOPs, and ROI performance to scale a repeatable deployment model.

Provides technical and customer support to dental offices and doctors regarding production cases, prescription non-conformances, complaints, and product questions. Documents calls and case information in CRM systems, manages aging cases, coordinates with technicians, and maintains response-time and productivity metrics. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and professional call center interactions.

Perform day-to-day accounting including journal entries, account reconciliations, AR/AP subledger reconciliations, fixed asset management, expense review, support audits and tax filings, and assist with month-end close and special projects.

Enter and process dental case and prescription data into the Labtrac system, ensure accuracy through quality checks, manage re-make cases per decision tree, perform preliminary QC on digital cases, follow DDS policies, and complete daily case processing efficiently.

Guide customers through onboarding, act as main contact, run virtual trainings, collaborate with internal/field teams, track pipeline, identify upsell opportunities, resolve issues within 24 hours, and maintain detailed customer records to drive retention and growth.

Inspect and grade inbound dental impressions and models, verify prescriptions and images, log case data, ensure removable prosthetic quality, escalate discrepancies, support fabrication/repairs for training, and help improve QC processes.
