Provides on-site training and clinical support for dental practices using intraoral scanning and dental laboratory technologies. Builds relationships with dentists, dental assistants, office managers, and DSO accounts while promoting DDS Lab services and achieving territory sales goals. Conducts educational programs, supports implant-related procedures, records activity in HubSpot, prepares reports, and collaborates on sales strategy. Requires travel to customer locations up to 80% of the time, including some weekends.

Provides administrative and data support by maintaining customer accounts, managing inboxes, processing onboarding and sales-order data, resolving cases, documenting information, directing leads, creating portal logins and UPS placards, and backing up reception. The role collaborates with sales and onboarding teams, supports dental offices, handles data transfers and preferences, and ensures accurate, timely customer service.

Provides advanced dental laboratory expertise, quality oversight, troubleshooting, escalation support, and technician mentorship across removable, fixed, implant, and orthodontic products. Defines product and process standards, audits fabrication workflows, investigates complaints and remakes, supports regulatory compliance, evaluates materials and equipment, and contributes to launches and customer education. Communicates with dentists, customers, sales, production, and leadership while supporting CAD/CAM, digital workflows, manufacturing quality, and technical documentation.

Executes integrated marketing communications campaigns across email, web, social, content, digital, and print channels. Manages HubSpot email campaigns, website updates, content development, social calendars, marketing assets, creative workflows, loyalty program communications, product launches, and campaign reporting. Coordinates with marketing, sales, education, field teams, stakeholders, and external partners while managing multiple projects, maintaining brand standards, meeting deadlines, and recommending process improvements.

Leads the organization’s quality management and regulatory compliance programs, including QMS development, complaint handling, CAPA, KPI reporting, document control, internal audits, inspection readiness, and cross-functional process improvement. Supports regulatory submissions and market clearance for new products while serving as a quality and regulatory liaison to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Guide customers through onboarding, act as main contact, run virtual trainings, collaborate with internal/field teams, track pipeline, identify upsell opportunities, resolve issues within 24 hours, and maintain detailed customer records to drive retention and growth.

Inspect and grade inbound dental impressions and models, verify prescriptions and images, log case data, ensure removable prosthetic quality, escalate discrepancies, support fabrication/repairs for training, and help improve QC processes.
