Lead end-to-end deployment and adoption of intraoral scanners across customers. Manage onboarding, inventory, vendor coordination, KPI dashboards, utilization tracking, corrective actions, cross-functional escalations, training, SOPs, and ROI performance to scale a repeatable deployment model.

Provide phone-based technical support to orthodontic customers and dental offices, clarify prescriptions, recommend materials, resolve case issues to prevent remakes, document interactions in LabTrack/CRS, and support account management and inside sales with escalated technical calls.

Lead and mentor a small development and data team while hands-on designing, coding, debugging, and supporting .NET applications and SQL-based analytics. Oversee application architecture, cloud modernization on Azure, CI/CD/DevOps practices, SSRS and BI reporting, data model and ETL optimization, and align development roadmaps with business objectives.

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable curriculum for customers and employees across eLearning, virtual, video, and classroom modalities. Partner with SMEs to translate technical and clinical content, deliver select trainings, manage LMS and authoring tools, and measure/improve learning outcomes.
