Partners with product, QA, security, and executive leadership to communicate roadmaps, risks, and technical tradeoffs.

Owns go-to-market execution and new product introduction programs across the product portfolio. Builds launch plans, phase frameworks, milestones, readiness criteria, and governance processes; manages cross-functional risks and dependencies; coordinates Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Enablement; and leads executive reporting, Steerco meetings, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement.

Develop high-performance C/C++ data path software for distributed storage platforms. Responsibilities include designing caching, metadata, data movement, and storage integration services; optimizing throughput, latency, scalability, and reliability; debugging concurrency and performance issues; and collaborating across engineering, QA, performance, and release teams.

Administer and maintain technical research lab infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, workstations, operating systems, monitoring, security, backups, and disaster recovery. Provision environments for researchers and engineers, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage access and documentation, coordinate vendor support, track assets and licenses, and support shared lab scheduling and resource allocation.

Build and operate greenfield full-stack internal applications and AI-powered services for business teams. Own frontend, backend, deployment, model integration, application infrastructure, authentication, CI/CD, observability, and security. Direct the Deal Desk function as a strategic Finance partner to Sales. Structure complex multi-product and multi-year transactions, establish commercial approval guardrails, analyze margins and revenue integrity, improve CPQ processes, and facilitate negotiations across Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, customers, and executives. Serve as an Infinia storage and distributed-systems expert, reproduce issues, improve product resiliency, and create runbooks and RCA documentation. Own complex customer escalations for DDN Infinia, diagnosing distributed-systems, storage, and performance issues through resolution, mitigation, and root-cause analysis. Lead incident response, customer communications, cross-functional investigations, and reliability improvements. Develop troubleshooting guidance, runbooks, and automation; mentor engineers and influence architecture. The role requires deep storage, Linux, coding, observability, and performance-debugging expertise, customer engagement, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Develop and lead high-performance Lustre features across kernel modules, user-space utilities, and storage subsystems. Improve scalability, metadata performance, I/O, locking, RDMA, and cloud capabilities for multi-petabyte environments. Drive design, coding, testing, profiling, performance tuning, and upstream contribution. Evaluate emerging storage technologies, strengthen validation tooling, collaborate with hardware and application teams, mentor developers, and contribute technical documentation and reviews.

Designs and delivers executive-ready AI and data demonstrations for customers, partners, and executives across EMEA. Builds reusable demos, industry use cases, narratives, workflows, and supporting materials; automates demo environments; applies generative AI and AI agents; manages the European Executive Briefing Centre portfolio; coaches Sales Engineers; and collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve demo effectiveness.

Provides senior technical support for strategic APAC customers using DDN high-performance storage and Lustre parallel file systems. Responsibilities include resolving complex infrastructure incidents, supporting Linux and networking environments, executing upgrade test plans, collaborating with engineering, improving troubleshooting processes, documenting solutions, mentoring engineers, and managing customer relationships. The role participates in rotating on-call coverage, supports global handoffs, and may travel occasionally within APAC.

Manage global subsidiary lifecycle, entity governance, corporate records, statutory compliance, and regulatory obligations. Support FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC, KYC, UBO, and due diligence activities. Architect storage and data infrastructure solutions for customers across finance, pharmaceuticals, education, AI, and research. Translate technical requirements into scalable architectures, create proposals and BOMs, conduct demos, proofs of concept, and performance benchmarks, and integrate solutions with GPU clusters, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks. Serve as a trusted technical advisor through complex sales cycles while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams and mentoring colleagues.
