Teams at DDN Storage

Perform system bring-up, platform validation, firmware updates, BIOS/BMC/OS configuration, and hardware troubleshooting across storage, compute, and networking infrastructure. Monitor device health, validate drive swaps and rebuilds, investigate performance and stability issues, support Linux diagnostics, and collaborate on complex cross-layer debugging. Document and standardize operational procedures while ensuring system reliability and consistency.

Own the People agenda across EMEA, partnering with regional leaders and global HR teams. Advise on multi-country employment practices, employee relations, performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change. Build scalable People programs and infrastructure, translate global priorities into regional execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support evolving processes across Europe and the Middle East.

Supports monthly and quarterly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and global close coordination. Improves accounting processes, documentation, controls, metrics, and automation across global entities. Participates in Workday Financials implementation testing, Oracle process evaluation, issue resolution, post-go-live stabilization, and broader finance transformation initiatives.
