Serve as advisor, project manager, and liaison to operations; manage onboarding, statements of work, project plans, pricing/credits, procurement decisions, and client retention. Identify revenue opportunities, escalate issues, and mentor Client Services team while coordinating cross-functional execution to meet client expectations.
