Ensures California regulatory compliance, maintains HRIS/payroll systems, manages 401(k)/COBRA administration, and serves as primary HR resource while driving continuous improvement and site-level safety.

Partner with operations leadership in a high-volume 3PL to build and maintain financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting, produce actionable reports and KPIs, analyze labor and billing structures, support accounting, and present insights to leadership to drive profitability.

Oversee timely processing and inspection of incoming shipments, maintain inbound records, delegate and train receiving staff, enforce ISO and safety standards, and resolve receiving discrepancies while supporting warehouse operations and client communications.

Support account management by liaising with clients, administering system entries, preparing statements of work and project plans, coordinating product/promotion launches, attending client meetings, escalating issues to account managers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. May manage individual accounts and perform operational tasks in a warehouse environment.

Lead account management for multiple complex 3PL/contract manufacturing clients. Serve as advisor, project manager, and liaison to operations; manage onboarding, statements of work, project plans, pricing/credits, procurement decisions, and client retention.
