Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President (primary), CRO, and HR Director. Manage complex calendars, executive travel logistics, expense reconciliation, executive communications, office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, onboarding logistics, meeting prep, and project/action-item tracking while maintaining confidentiality and executive presence.

Partner with operations leadership in a high-volume 3PL to build and maintain financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting, produce actionable reports and KPIs, analyze labor and billing structures, support accounting, and present insights to leadership to drive profitability.

Oversee timely processing and inspection of incoming shipments, maintain inbound records, delegate and train receiving staff, enforce ISO and safety standards, and resolve receiving discrepancies while supporting warehouse operations and client communications.

Support account management team by liaising with clients, handling system entries, managing statements of work and project plans, assisting product/promotion launches, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Lead account management for multiple complex 3PL/contract manufacturing clients. Serve as advisor, project manager, and liaison to operations; manage onboarding, statements of work, project plans, pricing/credits, procurement decisions, and client retention. Identify revenue opportunities, escalate issues, and mentor Client Services team while coordinating cross-functional execution to meet client expectations.

Support account management and customer support teams by managing client relationships, system entries, SOWs, project plans and launches. Coordinate across operations (receiving, production, shipping), recommend procurement and pricing, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular client meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
