Supports account managers and client relationships for logistics programs. Responsibilities include client communication, system data entry, statements of work, project plans, product and promotion launches, issue escalation, and customer satisfaction efforts. The role requires managing multiple time-sensitive tasks, presenting to teams and senior management, and working in both office and warehouse environments.

Build and scale the FP&A function by developing budgets, forecasts, financial models, scenario analyses, KPIs, executive reporting, and BI automation. Partner with finance and business leaders to explain performance, improve reporting processes, guide accounting adjustments, and identify revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities. Present clear financial insights and narratives to executives while integrating operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making and accountability.
