Support account management and customer support teams by managing client relationships, system entries, SOWs, project plans and launches. Coordinate across operations (receiving, production, shipping), recommend procurement and pricing, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular client meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Support account management by liaising with clients and internal teams, managing account tasks (system entries, SOWs, project plans, product launches), handling client communications, escalating issues, and helping ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President (primary), CRO, and HR Director. Manage complex calendars, executive travel logistics, expense reconciliation, executive communications, office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, onboarding logistics, meeting prep, and project/action-item tracking while maintaining confidentiality and executive presence.
