Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President (primary), CRO, and HR Director. Manage complex calendars, executive travel logistics, expense reconciliation, executive communications, office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, onboarding logistics, meeting prep, and project/action-item tracking while maintaining confidentiality and executive presence.

Partner with operations leadership in a high-volume 3PL to build and maintain financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting, produce actionable reports and KPIs, analyze labor and billing structures, support accounting, and present insights to leadership to drive profitability.

Oversee timely processing and inspection of incoming shipments, maintain inbound records, delegate and train receiving staff, enforce ISO and safety standards, and resolve receiving discrepancies while supporting warehouse operations and client communications.
