Lead and manage DCI's corporate air quality program, ensure regulatory compliance (permits, reporting, emissions inventories), liaise with regulators and stakeholders, perform facility audits and air quality analyses, evaluate pollution control technologies, and report program status to senior leadership.

Lead quality assurance and HSE at an IBC cleaning facility supporting automotive OEMs. Enforce QMS/ISO9001, manage calibration/MSA, drive CAPA/NCR investigations, conduct audits/LPAs, liaise with customers, implement continuous improvement and ensure environmental and OSHA compliance.

Oversee and maintain EHS programs for Linden, NJ (primary) and support Chesapeake, VA. Own NJ TCPA compliance, lead PHAs/MOC/hazard assessments, manage wastewater/air permits and hazardous waste, deliver EHS training, lead incident investigations and CAPAs, and foster a proactive safety culture. Travel up to 30%.

Lead pricing strategy and analytics to optimize profitability. Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs; evaluate price requests, partner with Sales/Finance/Operations, mentor the pricing team, and present recommendations to leadership.

Lead regional EHS strategy and compliance across 24 facilities. Provide technical EHS leadership, conduct site assessments, manage incident investigations, develop safety programs and training, ensure regulatory reporting (OSHA/EPA), and drive culture change using HOP principles while supporting operations and regulatory interactions.
