Support front-office terminal operations by reporting customer orders to dispatch, coordinating special customer needs with equipment control/dispatch, printing export/import lists, and maintaining customer communications via phone/email/fax.

Supervise shop staff at the IBC facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient workflow. Coordinate paperwork, plan work, order materials, monitor equipment maintenance, evaluate employees, and communicate with supervisors and Plant Manager.
