Own month-end billing close, revenue accruals, invoice audit, KPI development, team leadership, systems optimization, process standardization, cross-functional partnership, and executive reporting to ensure revenue integrity and scalable operations.

Lead configuration, testing, deployment and lifecycle of OneStream and GP for financial reporting and the 2026 planning implementation. Partner with FP&A and Accounting to optimize processes, provide senior escalation support, manage vendors, ensure global data consolidation integrity, and support Cash Application, Procurement and T&E projects while executing the Financial Systems Roadmap with the PMO.

Lead regional EHS strategy and compliance across 24 facilities. Provide technical EHS leadership, conduct site assessments, manage incident investigations, develop safety programs and training, ensure regulatory reporting (OSHA/EPA), and drive culture change using HOP principles while supporting operations and regulatory interactions.
