Issues customer invoices, calculates charges, verifies orders and work orders, and performs data entry and administrative support. The role also manages equipment release documentation, updates inventory records, inspects containers and tanks for customer readiness, and enters accurate release information into facility software.

Manages multiple DCI facilities across Arkansas and Tennessee, overseeing profit and loss, safety and environmental compliance, employee training, facility conditions, customer relationships, and sales growth. The role reviews financial performance, controls labor and operating costs, develops facility strategies, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports managers across locations. It requires extensive travel between assigned facilities and strong operations leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Coordinates customer scheduling and employee communication, supports facility managers with customer and vendor relationships, processes billing and purchase orders, orders materials, and performs clerical duties including filing, answering phones, and updating manuals. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, composure under pressure, office experience, industrial-environment experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
