Supervise shop staff at the IBC facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient workflow. Coordinate paperwork, plan work, order materials, monitor equipment maintenance, evaluate employees, and communicate with supervisors and Plant Manager.

Lead regional EHS strategy and compliance across 26 facilities, conduct frequent site visits and audits, drive safety culture using HOP, manage incident investigations, regulatory reporting, KPI dashboards, training, and corrective action implementation.
