Lead and deliver complex wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction and closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, technical reviews, regulatory permitting, client relationships, risk mitigation, contract administration, and business development for municipal and utility clients in Florida.

The Designer I supports planning and designing power distribution facilities, collaborating with engineers, performing field checks, and developing electrical project designs.

Perform design and planning of overhead and underground power distribution projects: gather GIS and site data, create design sketches, materials lists, work orders, perform structural/connectivity analysis, field-check and inspect electric facilities, and coordinate survey/staking and construction standards under engineer guidance.

Serve as the district engineer of record for MUDs and special districts, advising on TCEQ compliance, bond programs, CIP budgeting, regulatory filings, and client relations while leading the Special Districts practice and mentoring junior staff.

Interns will contribute to regional transportation projects, analyze data, build travel demand models, and prepare related technical documents. Hands-on experience with modeling platforms is provided.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee wastewater infrastructure projects, manage teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain client relationships.
