Prepare, format, and produce proposals for public and federal civil engineering pursuits. Create graphics, charts, resumes, and marketing materials; ensure document quality and compliance; maintain marketing databases; support TxDOT precertification and marketing events; collaborate with engineers and surveyors.

Lead the firm's Civil/Land Development and Water/Wastewater engineering operations, overseeing strategic planning, project delivery, financial performance, staffing, business development, client relationships, risk and compliance. Drive operational excellence, resource planning, budgeting, QA/QC, and growth across multiple offices while mentoring engineering leaders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
