Teams at DCCM

Manage site development projects from conceptual design through construction completion, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgets, resources, grading, drainage, paving, utilities, roadways, permitting, and QA/QC. Coordinate clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams while addressing project challenges and ensuring technical, schedule, and budget objectives. Lead junior staff and support business development through proposals and client presentations.

Designs and supports site development projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, utility infrastructure, and site plan layouts. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and EITs; creates and revises drawings, updates base plans, manages project documentation, follows CAD standards, and handles multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.

Designs subsurface utility engineering plans using civil engineering calculations and CAD software. Conducts job-site field visits, gathers utility information, prepares engineering documents, and supports client meetings and business development. Collaborates with project teams to meet schedules and budgets while learning SUE technologies, electromagnetic equipment, and Trimble tools. Requires a civil engineering degree, strong communication and analytical skills, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Texas EIT certification is preferred.
