Diagnoses integration issues using logs, packet captures, APIs, and field test setups. Requires deep expertise in distributed energy resources, power electronics, EV charging and DER communication protocols, plus field deployment experience and willingness to travel 25% or more.

Supports technical sales and partner adoption of residential energy hardware and software. Responsibilities include B2B discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, webinars, technical presentations, proposal and RFI/RFP/RFQ content, and deep-dive sessions with utilities, aggregators, automotive OEMs, installers, and home builders. The role requires field experience with distributed energy resources, power electronics, EV charging and integration protocols, plus the ability to diagnose technical issues using logs, packet captures, APIs, and field or laboratory test setups.

Own dcbel’s product knowledge system, establishing information architecture, terminology, governance, content standards, and AI-assisted creation guardrails. Translate product definitions, requirements, scenarios, release scope, and customer profiles into clear, reusable guidance across customer, partner, installation, FAQ, and support channels. Identify knowledge gaps, reduce ambiguity, maintain accuracy and consistency, and build trust in dcbel’s autonomous residential energy products while collaborating with Product Management, Design, Release Readiness, Customer Experience, and Support.
