Lead MEP electrical design for healthcare projects from schematic design through construction administration. Coordinate with teams and consultants, perform calculations, equipment selection, prepare and seal drawings, manage budgets/schedules, attend meetings, respond to RFIs, mentor designers, and ensure compliance with healthcare codes and company standards.

Lead business development and delivery of healthcare MEP projects, manage profitability and client relationships, mentor and build technical teams, ensure code-compliant designs (TDSHS, FGI, NFPA, ASHRAE 170), oversee proposals, contracts, schedules, and project financials, and act as principal-in-charge on key projects.
