Provides first-level remote and deskside IT support, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, installs and configures systems, manages tickets and IT inventory, supports office technology, trains employees, and escalates unresolved problems. The role also supports branch offices, corporate moves, equipment maintenance, documentation, and process improvements, with frequent travel to headquarters and branch locations.

Designs electrical systems for building construction projects from schematic design through construction completion. Responsibilities include preparing and sealing drawings, performing engineering calculations, sizing equipment, producing construction documents, coordinating with other disciplines, researching codes, reviewing estimates, attending construction meetings, conducting site observations, preparing assessment reports, mentoring designers, and maintaining project documentation.

Provides mechanical design assistance for building construction projects, including preliminary calculations, equipment sizing and selection, schematic designs, construction drawings, specifications, code research, and design documentation. Collaborates with project managers, mentors, designers, and BIM staff to produce quality deliverables on schedule. Maintains project files, researches design options, solves engineering problems, and continues professional development.
