Teams at DBR Engineering

Perform full-project design duties as primary designer, coordinating disciplines, producing schematic through construction documents, performing calculations, selecting equipment, preparing drawings/specifications, ensuring code compliance, and supporting project managers and BIM staff.

Provide first-level remote and deskside technical support, troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, escalate unresolved issues, maintain IT inventory and documentation, onboard new employees, support office moves, and perform onsite support across branch offices.

Manage project profitability and successful execution across design and construction phases. Oversee client relationships, contracts, billing, staffing, schedules, code/zoning compliance, and provide engineering oversight and mentorship to project teams.
