Leads the enterprise cybersecurity program, including strategy, risk management, security operations, architecture, vulnerability management, incident response, identity security, data protection, third-party risk, and security awareness. Oversees cybersecurity controls, metrics, remediation, and executive reporting while partnering with infrastructure, DevSecOps, applications, and technology teams. Requires cybersecurity leadership, CISSP certification, risk communication, and expertise across cloud, endpoint, identity, and information security.

Monitor networks and security tools, identify vulnerabilities, investigate and document cybersecurity incidents, conduct security and compliance audits, assess operational risks, support SOX IT controls, review third-party security standards, and help maintain corporate security policies. The role requires collaboration with infrastructure teams and vendors, ongoing cybersecurity knowledge, and occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Process weekly payrolls for assigned pay groups (500–1000+ employees), review and edit timecards, handle new hires/changes, reconciliations, garnishments, and payroll reporting. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and union regulations, maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and provide employee support.
