The role also supports AI-enabled workflows, data management, integrations, and cross-functional enablement across a 250K-plus-contact PLG motion.

Manage customer relationships, onboarding, renewals, expansions, QBRs, and ongoing support. Drive retention, expansion revenue, and churn reduction while partnering with technical support to resolve issues. Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction, product development, and overall customer experience. The role also involves negotiating and closing deals, managing CRM data, and aligning DBeaver’s database products with customer needs.

Own the go-to-market systems function across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Administer and govern HubSpot, orchestrate Clay and Unify integrations, design scalable workflows and lifecycle processes, prioritize high-impact improvements, document systems, and translate cross-functional needs into reliable GTM plays. The role also requires testing, QA, stakeholder enablement, and strategic use of AI and modern GTM tools.

Develop backend features for DBeaver products using Java, microservices, and cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Build REST services, work with SQL and NoSQL databases, and contribute to modern product development. The role involves using Java Core, Git, Maven, GraphQL, OSGi, JDBC, JPA, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud SDKs. Experience with microservices architecture and high-load systems is beneficial.
