Designs and maintains secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure, integrates security controls into CI/CD workflows, automates vulnerability and compliance management, secures Docker and Kubernetes environments, and manages secrets, identity, access controls, monitoring, threat detection, and security reviews. The role collaborates with developers, QA, and platform teams to establish DevSecOps practices, conduct threat modeling, remediate assessment findings, and develop security standards and documentation.

Design and maintain secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure, integrate security controls into CI/CD workflows, automate vulnerability and compliance processes, secure Kubernetes and container environments, manage secrets and access controls, monitor threats, and collaborate with engineering teams on security reviews, threat modeling, standards, and documentation.

Manage customer relationships, onboarding, renewals, expansions, QBRs, and ongoing engagement. Drive retention, reduce churn, process deals, identify upsell opportunities, address customer issues with technical support, and analyze feedback to improve satisfaction and product development. The role requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and CRM skills, with database or open-source technology experience preferred.
