Own and optimize the go-to-market systems supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Administer and govern HubSpot at scale, orchestrate workflows across HubSpot, Clay, and Unify, document processes, prioritize high-impact improvements, translate team needs into scalable systems, and QA work before delivery. The role also supports AI-enabled workflows, data management, integrations, and cross-functional enablement across a 250K-plus-contact PLG motion.

Manage customer relationships, onboarding, renewals, expansions, QBRs, and ongoing support. Drive retention, expansion revenue, and churn reduction while partnering with technical support to resolve issues. Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction, product development, and overall customer experience. The role also involves negotiating and closing deals, managing CRM data, and aligning DBeaver’s database products with customer needs.
