Advise stakeholders on current and future processes, conduct cost-benefit analyses, support project delivery and Statements of Work, mentor team members, and improve implementation methodology. The role requires customer-site travel several days each quarter.

Provide technical consultancy and lead solution design for complex enterprise integrations, deliver high-quality integration builds, mentor and raise team capability, identify integration gaps, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to achieve sustainable client outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers (7–9 accounts) as the primary post-sale owner. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansions, and measurable business outcomes through executive engagement, business reviews, and cross-functional delivery. Champion customer feedback to influence product and create advocates for case studies and references.
